In May 2010, Big Bang, who won three awards at VMAJ and is enjoying explosive popularity in Japan, is releasing their long-awaited fourth single album in Japan.

"Tell Me Goodbye" is currently being used as the theme song for the Japanese drama "Iris" that is currently being broadcast on TBS in Japan, and is gaining much attention. "Iris", in which Big Bang's T.O.P also appeared as Killer Big, was a hot topic in Korea, recording a peak viewership rating of 41.8% and a peak viewership rating of 52%. Big Bang also released "Hallelujah", which was used as an insert song when "Iris" was aired in Korea.

'Tell Me Goodbye', which will be released domestically this time, is a song that allows a glimpse into the new charm of Big Bang, who have been showing off exciting songs with fast beats so far.

2010년 5월, VMAJ에서 3관왕을 거머쥐며 일본 현지에서 폭발적인 인기를 누리고 있는 빅뱅이 일본에서 대망의 4번째 싱글 앨범을 발표한다.

'텔 미 굿바이'는 현재 일본 TBS에서 방송 중인 일본판 드라마 '아이리스'의 주제가로도 사용되면서 큰 화제를 모으고 있다. 빅뱅의 탑이 킬러 빅으로도 출연한 '아이리스'는 국내에서는 최고 시청률 41.8%, 순간 시청률 52%를 기록하며 화제를 모았던 작품. 빅뱅은 '아이리스' 국내에서 방영 당시 삽입곡으로 사용된 '할렐루야'를 발표하기도 했었다.

이번에 국내에서 음원으로 공개되는 '텔 미 굿바이'는 그 동안 빠른 비트에 신나는 곡들을 선보여왔던 빅뱅의 새로운 매력을 엿볼 수 있는 곡이다.
잔잔히 흐르는 피아노 선율과 존재감 있는 비트에 빅뱅이 아니면 표현 불가능한 보컬과 랩의 콤비네이션이 드라마틱한 사운드를 만들어내고 있다.
